Morningstar Girls’ Home provides safe, quality, affordable and accessible long-tern residential care for up to ten girls up to the age of twenty-one and is located at 829 Spencer Street, Logansport, IN 46947 [[Map]]

Residents are identified by their resident county Divisions of Family and Children and probation. The program also accepts private placements from treatment facilities.

The girls are taught Independent Living Skills including education, homemaking, parenting, money management, and personal health.

Morningstar enables each girl to reach her full potential as a healthy, active, responsible citizen in a stable, family-style environment.

Due to an increase in the number of girls that could benefit from our Morningstar program, a property located at 425 9th Street, Logansport [[Map]] was purchased to allow us to expand this section of our ministry.

We are currently undergoing relicensing, which should be completed in early 2010.

The relicensing will confirm that our new facility meets the State of Indiana's requirements for a residential childcare facility.
